Westfield COVID Vaccination Centre

Welcome to the Westfield COVID Vaccination Centre which is located in the Westfield Shopping Centre in Stratford. It is one of hundreds of nationwide centres set up to deliver the public COVID vaccination programme.

We are delighted to be part of the national COVID vaccination campaign and warmly welcome you to walk-in while you are shopping or dining at Westfield to have your COVID vaccine while you are here. If you are not good with injections, don't worry. Let us know and we will take extra special care of you.

Please note: to ensure the safety of all patients, at peak times and or when we reach clinical capacity(and in line with COVID-19 guidance), the centre may need to temporarily pause walk-in appointments without prior notice.

Westfield will vaccinate 12-15 year olds. Monday/Tuesday/Friday and Sunday.

Walk-ins are welcome.

Please note that the AstraZeneca vaccine is only available at the Westfield COVID Vaccination Centre on Saturdays only. The Pfizer vaccine is available every day, seven days a week. 

We are unable to administer second dose vaccines until 8 weeks after your first dose.

COVID-19 vaccines for anyone aged 16 and over 

People aged 16-17 can now get a COVID-19 vaccine to protect yourself and those around you from COVID-19. You can book your vaccine now on the national booking system, call 119 or simply walk in to our Westfield Vaccination Centre, or any of the vaccination sites (not pharmacies) listed on here

Even more sites across north east London with start giving jabs to 16-17 year olds soon. 

You do not need to come with a parent/guardian, but please bring proof of age.

For walk-ins, without an appointment we are open from 8.30am - 6.30pm seven days a week.

We are offering the AstraZeneca vaccine to people who had this vaccine for their first dose.
No appointment is necessary. You can just walk-in. You may have to queue but we will let you know how long to expect to wait.

What will happen when I attend?


You do not need an appointment. You can just walk in!

If you can ...

  • Please bring you NHS number
  • We want everyone to be safe during their visit and not be in close contact with others so maintain a 2m space from others in the queue.
  • You cannot bring any family members into the centre with you unless you need a carer.
  • Others will be asked to wait outside.
  • We have a separate entrance and exit, and a one-way system to maintain distance

Checking in

When you arrive, you will be met by our front of house staff.

  • They will ensure that you are wearing a face covering and will provide you with a mask if you are not.
  • We will ask you to sanitise your hands in the foot-controlled dispenser by the entrance.
  • We will also take your temperature.


  • We will then take you to one of our vaccination pods.
  • The vaccinator will ask you some of the same questions you have been asked - just to be sure you are safe and well to have the vaccine
  • Talk with your vaccinator about which arm you would prefer to have the vaccination in.
  • If you are especially worried about having injections, tell your vaccinator so they can look after you carefully.
  • Our vaccinators are very gentle and skilled - you really won't feel much
  • The vaccinator will check that you feel ok.
  • You will be given a leaflet about the vaccination you have just had.
  • You are then free to go
